A code completion method and apparatus, and a device, which relate to the technical field of computers. The method comprises: acquiring code context of code to be completed (801); constructing a code relationship graph, wherein the code relationship graph comprises at least one node corresponding to the code context, a first node corresponding to said code, and at least one connection edge, which comprises a first connection edge between the first node and a second node among the at least one node (802); in a coding sub-network, obtaining a graph feature vector of the code relationship graph on the basis of labels of the at least one node and the first node and a label of the at least one connection edge, wherein the label of the at least one node comprises a code sequence of the code context, and the labels of the first node and the first connection edge are preset (803); and in a decoding sub-network, obtaining a code sequence of said code at least on the basis of the graph feature vector (804).
