Abstract:
Disclosed in the embodiments of the present application are a codebook-based PUSCH transmission method and an apparatus therefor, which method and apparatus can be applied to a communication system. The method comprises: when a terminal device supports coherent transmission of some antennas of N antenna ports in MIMO, determining M antenna port groups corresponding to the N antenna ports, in which groups all antenna ports are capable of fully coherent transmission, wherein N is a positive integer power of 2 and is greater than 4, and M is less than or equal to N; indicating grouping information of the N antenna ports to a network device; receiving a target code word, which is determined by the network device on the basis of the grouping information, and is used for coherent transmission of some antennas; and pre-encoding a PUSCH transmission on the basis of the target code word, and then sending the pre-encoded PUSCH transmission to the network device. In the present application, the N antenna ports are rationally grouped, and a matching code word can be selected on the basis of the grouping situation of the antenna ports, such that the requirement of supporting layer-one to layer-eight transmissions corresponding to eight antenna ports in uplink MIMO is realized, thereby further enhancing uplink MIMO technology.
