Abstract:
The present application discloses a coding and decoding method and device as well as a storage medium, belonging to the technical field of image processing. The method comprises: decoding a first BDPCM indication message, the first BDPCM indication information being used for indicating whether a current processing unit supports the BDPCM mode; and decoding the current processing unit according to the first BDPCM indication message. Thus, a syntax is added to open or close the BDPCM mode, which improves the flexibility of the coding and decoding process.
