Abstract:
The present application relates to a coding method and device. The method comprises: coding a data unit to be coded to obtain a coded data unit, the size of the data unit to be coded being related to the size of a first data unit, and the first data unit being a transport block (TB), a protocol data unit (PDU), or a service data unit (SDU); generating the first data unit according to the coded data unit; and outputting the first data unit. Accordingly, the size of the generated coded data unit can match the size of the output first data unit, thus improving the spectral efficiency of a system.
