Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of processing coffee products. Disclosed is a coffee component extraction and separation system, comprising an extraction tank, a first sprayer, a second sprayer, a first extraction material collection tank, a second extraction material collection tank, a third extraction material collection tank, and a carbon dioxide cooling tank. Also disclosed is a coffee component extraction and separation process. A food-grade carbon dioxide supercritical fluid is used for circularly extracting coffee components such as fat-soluble substances and caffeine in a coffee material. The beneficial effects thereof are as follows: suction force characteristics of high-pressure carbon dioxide fluid molecules for low-pressure carbon dioxide gas molecules are used, and jet-suction is performed by using high-pressure extraction fluid pressure energy (> 8 MPa) as the driving force, so that the extraction material collection tanks are in a low-pressure state (as low as 0.0 MPa) without the need of an additional power, and after the pressure is reduced or the temperature is increased by heating, coffee components such as caffeine are separated and crystallized from the carbon dioxide extraction fluid, the coffee components are deposited and collected, and the carbon dioxide extraction fluid restores gas characteristics for recycling.
