Abstract:
The present invention relates to a coffee extracting apparatus and a coffee extracting method using the same. The coffee extracting method comprises the steps of: putting coffee grounds into an extracting chamber; injecting hot water into the extracting chamber; pressurizing the inside of the extracting chamber to soak the coffee grounds in a settled state; converting the inside of the extracting chamber to an atmospheric pressure state; converting the inside of the extracting chamber to a vacuum state to enlarge the coffee grounds and permeate the hot water into the pores of the coffee grounds; and converting the inside of the extracting chamber back to the atmospheric pressure state so that the water permeating the pores of the coffee grounds is discharged from the coffee grounds together with soluble flavor components contained in the coffee grounds.
