Abstract:
The present invention relates to a coffee green bean parchment drying method and, more specifically, to a parchment drying method for uniformly drying coffee green bean parchment. The present invention provides a coffee parchment drying method comprising: (s100) a step of removing the flesh (110) of coffee cherries (100) by means of a pulping machine; (s200) a step of separating green beans (130), which are encompassed by parchment (120), from the coffee cherries (100) from which the flesh (110) is removed; (s300) a mixing step of mixing the parchment (120), which encompasses the green beans (130), with sand; and (s400) a drying step of drying the green beans (130) encompassed by the parchment (120) mixed with sand.
