Provided is a coffee-preserving bag body or the like that prevents the escape of carbon dioxide and the ingress of oxygen, that has sufficient strength, and that can prevent the ingress of outside air resulting from rapid changes in volume.　According to the present invention, a coffee-preserving bag body 10 for preserving from 60 g to 2000 g of coffee includes a band-like joining region 16 in which two end portions 12a of a film are mutually overlapped and joined. Provided in the band-like joining region so as to form an air passage 24 are: an air chamber 26 which is a substantially rectangular wave-shaped space formed by not joining the film, which extends along the end portions of the film, and in which both ends are sealed; and an internal air passage 28 connecting the air chamber and an internal space, and an external air passage 30 connecting the air chamber and an external space. The air chamber includes: a substantially linear horizontal portion 36 extending in the direction in which the rectangular wave shape extends, substantially parallel to the end portions of the film; a vertical portion 38 that forms an angle of 40 degrees to 120 degrees with respect to the horizontal portion and extends in a direction connecting the internal space and the external space of the bag body; and a bent portion 40 constituting a joining portion of the horizontal portion and the vertical portion.
