Abstract:
The present invention may provide a coffee roasting apparatus comprising: a roasting portion which is formed as a pipe formed to have a certain length in a proceeding direction and has an inner space set to a temperature for roasting coffee beans; a transport portion which passes through the front and rear portions of the roasting portion and is installed to be rotatable from inside to outside of the roasting portion and repeatedly rotates along a same trajectory; and a feeding portion which is installed on the upper side of the transport portion in front of the roasting portion, and feeds the coffee beans so that one or more coffee beans can continuously fall to the transport portion. When the transport portion rotates along the same trajectory and enters the roasting portion from the front portion of the roasting portion, one or more coffee beans fed from the supply portion to the transport portion are introduced into the roasting portion so that the plurality of coffee beans arranged on the transport portion are roasted.
