Abstract:
A coffee roasting method comprises the following steps: reading an NFC tag associated with coffee beans, and acquiring a roasting parameter of the coffee beans stored in the NFC tag, wherein the roasting parameter comprises a roasting temperature curve; acquiring a roasting start instruction; and controlling, according to the roasting parameter, a roasting element to roast the coffee beans in a roasting chamber. The invention reads a roasting parameter stored in an electronic tag associated with coffee beans, and roasts the coffee beans according to a roasting curve in the parameter, thereby facilitating a roasting process, and improving the consistency of quality for roasted coffee beans. Further provided are a corresponding coffee roasting device, a storage medium, and a coffee roaster.
