Abstract:
[Problem] To provide: a coil for electric devices, which is usable in harsh environments; and a method for manufacturing the coil for electric devices. [Solution] A coil for electric devices is provided with: a conductor; an insulating tape 1A-1C wound around the conductor; and a curable resin section obtained through impregnation of the conductor wound with the insulating tape, wherein the insulating tape contains a polyether ether ketone powder 5. With this, the polyether ether ketone powder can suppress intrusion of a corrosive gas into the insulating tape, and thereby a coil for electric devices having high insulation performance due to the polyether ether ketone powder is obtained.
