Abstract:

In this mounting structure, a coil is mounted on a columnar core having a quadrangular section and extending in the extending direction, said coil comprising first to n-th turns (n is a integer of 2 or more) forming a shape obtained by bending a sheet-like member extending in a strip shape in the width direction and winding the sheet-like member by a plurality of turns in a spiral shape so as to form a quadrangular shape in a plan view. The columnar core is constituted by a laminated body formed by laminating a plurality of core sheets comprising an electromagnetic steel sheet in a lamination direction orthogonal to the extending direction of the columnar core. A burr is formed in a projecting manner in a projection direction in the outer peripheral portion of one end surface of the columnar core in the lamination direction. A recessed portion recessed toward the outer peripheral side is formed at the inner peripheral end edge of the first to n-th turns of the coil. The recessed portion faces the burr of the columnar core from the projection direction of the burr.
