Abstract:
Provided are a coil plate and method for manufacturing same, and an electromagnetic heating device; the coil plate comprises: a frame (1) and a coil (2) attached to the frame (1); the coil (2) is an electrically conductive metal strip (3) extending according to a predetermined winding path. The method for manufacturing the coil plate comprises the following steps: placing an electrically conductive metal panel (6) into a first mold; injection-molding in the first mold to form a frame (1) to which said electrically conductive metal panel (6) attaches; cutting and machining said electrically conductive metal panel (6), such that the electrically conductive metal panel (6) forms an electrically conductive metal strip (3) extending according to a predetermined winding path. The electromagnetic heating device comprises the described coil plate. In the described manufacturing method, the machining of the coil is more flexible, shortening the coil alteration development period and saving costs.
