Abstract:
Disclosed is a coin separation apparatus (10), comprising a coin delivery channel (100) arranged at a slanting angle, a speed detection mechanism (200), a control mechanism and a coin pushing mechanism (300), wherein the coin delivery channel (100) is configured to receive coins and guide the coins rolling along the coin delivery channel (100), said coin delivery channel (100) being further provided with side face openings (130) enabling coins to leave the coin delivery channel; the speed detection mechanism (200) is connected to the coin delivery channel (100) and configured to acquire the rolling speed of coins rolling along the coin delivery channel (100); the control mechanism is in a communication connection with the speed detection mechanism (200) and configured to compare the rolling speed with a pre-set speed and to output a set signal when determining that the rolling speed is less than or equal to a pre-set speed; the coin pushing mechanism (300) is in a communication connection with the control mechanism and connected to the coin delivery channel (100), and is configured to receive the set signal output by the control mechanism and to eject coins out of the coin delivery channel (100) via the side face openings (130) according to the set signal.
