Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cold press bit assembly and disassembly machine, which comprises a power unit and a holding unit mounted on the power unit; the holding unit comprises a first bit engagement assembly and a second bit engagement assembly, and the power assembly drives the first bit engagement assembly to move along a bit engagement guide pin; a first recess is formed on the first bit engagement assembly, and a second recess is formed on the second bit engagement assembly, the first recess being arranged opposite the second recess; inner peripheral faces of the first recess and the second recess are provided with a first holding part and a second holding part, the first holding part and the second holding part being used to hold a collet and a cold press chuck; a limiting plate is mounted on the first bit engagement assembly, and the limiting plate is used for moving the cold press chuck to an assembly and disassembly site when a bit is being assembled or disassembled. The limiting plate is able to abut against an annular recess of the cold press chuck, and push the cold press chuck to abut against the first holding part, thereby implementing stable holding of the cold press chuck. The cold press bit assembly and disassembly machine has a simple and compact structure, is low in cost, and allows for one-handed operation.
