Abstract:
A cold press capable of being connected in line to form an in-line cold press unit. The cold press structurally comprises an upper bearing frame (4), a lower bearing frame (2), upright posts (1), a movable pressing plate (3), a pressurizing oil cylinder (5), a quick oil cylinder (6), etc. The upper bearing frame and the lower bearing frame are both grid-shaped rectangular frame bodies (31), connecting lugs (22, 42) respectively project out from planes of two outer longitudinal rib plates (21, 41), and vertical through holes (23, 43) through which the upright posts pass are respectively provided in the connecting lugs; each upright post passes through two connecting lugs in the upper bearing frame and the lower bearing frame that are opposite each other up and down; the movable pressing plate is positioned between the upper bearing frame and the lower bearing frame; and the pressurizing oil cylinder and the quick oil cylinder are both vertically arranged, cylinder bodies of the pressurizing oil cylinder and the quick oil cylinder are fixed to the upper bearing frame, and piston rod ends of the pressurizing oil cylinder and the quick oil cylinder are connected to the movable pressing plate. The cold press uses a modular design and can be assembled and connected to form an in-line cold press unit, which has the characteristics of saving on materials, being easy to process, being convenient to transport, being easy to mount and debug, being flexible in terms of use and saving on space.
