| Claims 1) The first claim is a cold reforming machine for L P G cylinders by using hydraulic power, compressed water, and rollers to repair the body of L P G cylinders under the high pressure of water. The main idea is the use of rollers during the circulation of the cylinder for safe and high quality reforming. The Cold Reforming Machine is for use in the field of L P G cylinders repair in petroleum gas companies and petroleum gas filling stations and factories for reconditioning L P G cylinders without need of heat treatment.
Background Art :
All reforming operations based on the use of heat and compressed air inside the cylinder till the reforming completed. All L P G reconditioning companies are put a limit of 3 to 4 dents per cylinder to be treated, more than that cylinders are scrapped.

The use of hydraulic pressure of water in a cold condition for reforming the body of the cylinder gives best results in reforming with keeping of the structure of the material, in this case the number of dents per the cylinder that able to repair are not limited. The cold reforming allows the repetition of reforming many times without deformation or collapsing in the material or need of heat treatment. It also keep the cylinder in use because this development for cold repair will save cylinders from scrapping.
