Abstract:
This cold-rolled steel sheet has a prescribed chemical composition and is such that the metal structure at a position 1/4-3/4 of the sheet thickness in the sheet thickness direction from the surface includes, by volume, 0-10.0% of retained austenite and 90.0-100% of one or two types of structures from among martensite and tempered martensite. In the metal structure at the aforementioned position, the P content at old γ grain boundaries is 10.0 mass% or less, the Mn content at the old γ grain boundaries is 10.0 mass% or less, and the tensile strength is 1,310 MPa or greater.
