The present invention belongs to building construction, namely to collapsible accomodation units, in particular tents.

The purpose of the invention is to create a collapsible accomodation Unit, which shall on the one hand provide to each user essentially better comfort, when compared with accomodation within a classical tent, both in view of each disposable bottom area as well as in view of protection against various weather conditions, while on the other hand it shall be quickly and easily collapsed and simplified in view of logistics by transporting it from one to another position, since it should be preferably transportable within a common container, which is commonly used by transpositioning goods in road, railway or ship transport.

A collapsible accomodation unit is disclosed in US 6,334,456 Bl and comprises two platforms, which are arranged one above the other and firmly attached to each other by means of bearing legs, which are located in corner areas of both platforms. A semispherical shell is formed above said platforms, which consists of a flexible water impermeable material. Such accomodation unit does not provide a solution of a previously mentioned technical problem.

Moreover, a mobile tent trailer is disclosed in US 2008/0088146, which includes a platform consisting of three parts, namely a central part and two lateral parts, which are each per se pivotally connected to said central part in the area of their longitudinal edges. Again, such accomodation unit does not provide a solution of a previously mentioned technical problem.

Collapsible accomodation unit according to the invention comprises a platform, which consists of a central part formed as a rectangular plate as well as of lateral parts, which are also formed as rectangular plates and are each per se pivotally connected to said central part in the area of each neighboring longitudinal edges. Circumferential edges of said parts of the platform are reinforced by means of appropriate profiles and furnished with throughout holes, which are equidistantly spaced apart from each other and each of them is adapted to receive a pole intended to support a roofing construction of the accomodation unit. Each one of said poles is detachably connected with each belonging part of said platform.

The invention provides that said central part of the platform is equipped with each required installations for electricity supply, water supply as well as with waste water drainage, and is moreover on its surface, which is faced apart from the ground, furnished with two rigid accomodation units, which are spaced apart from each other as well as apart from the edges thereof, and are moreover each per se firmly attached to said central part of the platform. Collapsible accomodation unit further comprises two storage units which are suitable for storage of bearing poles and which each per se consist of two layers of flexible textile material, which are arranged above each other and are attached to each other by means of transversally equidistantly spaced longitudinal stitches, so that between each two neighboring stitches a place is formed, which is suitable for storage of one pole.

Omenjena zalogovnika sta prednostno namestljiva na omenjeni togi bivalni enoti na osrednjem delu platform, ki sta temu primerno odmaknjeni od vzdolznih robov osrednjega dela platforme.

Said storage units are suitable for placement onto said rigid accomodation units on the central part of the platform, which are correspondingly located at appropriate distance apart from the longitudinal edges of said central part of the platform.

Collapsible accomodation unit according to the invention is also characterized in that the length of said longitudinal edges is shorter than the length of a standardized transport container and that the sum of the width of said central part of the platform, namely of the length of its transversal edges and the thickness of the lateral parts of the platform, is smaller than the width of a standardized transport container, and moreover, that the length of transversal edges of said lateral parts of the platform is smaller than the height of a standardized transport container.

The invention will be disclosed in more detail on the basis of an embodiment, which is presented in attached drawings, in which

Collapsible accomodation unit comprises a platform 1 , which generally provides a rigid horizontal bottom area of said unit and with which a set of bearing poles 2 intended for supporting a roofing 3 of said accomodation unit is detachably interconnected.

Said platform 1 consists of a central part 11 in form of rectangular plate as well as of lateral parts 12, 13, which are also formed as rectangular plates and are each per se pivotally connected to said central part 11 in the area of each neighboring longitudinal edges 11 1, 121 ; 1 12, 131 (Fig. 4).

Circumferential edges 1 13, 1 14; 123, 124; 133, 134 of said parts 11, 12, 13 of said platform 1 are reinforced by means of appropriate profiles and furnished with throughout holes 20, which are equidistantly spaced apart from each other and each of them is adapted to receive a pole 2 intended to support a roofing construction 3 of the accomodation unit, wherein each pole 2 is detachably connected with each belonging part 11, 12, 13 of said platform 1.

The central part 1 1 of the platform 1, is on its surface 1 10', which is faced apart from the ground, furnished with two rigid accomodation units 4, 5, which are spaced apart from each other as well as apart from the edges 1 1 1, 112, 1 13, 1 14 thereof, and are moreover each per se firmly attached to said central part 11 of the platform 1. In the shown embodiment, the accomodation unit 4 is adapted to be furnished with various household apparatus like e.g. a sink, a cooker, a refrigerator as well as kitchen cupboards suitable for storage of kitchen utensils. The other unit 5 is in this particular embodiment suitable to serve as dining place or as a living room, optionally even as a bathroom and toilet. The height of each of said accomodation units 4, 5 is smaller than the length of transversal edges 123, 124; 133, 134 of the lateral parts 12, 13 of the platform.

Moreover, said central part 1 1 of the platform 1 is equipped with each required installations which are not separately shown in the drawings and which enable electricity supply, water supply as well as with waste water drainage, if the possibility for that is given on each particular location.

The rest of disposable bottom surface on the central part 1 1 together with bottom surfaces obtained by means of said lateral parts 12, 13 is suitable for placement of furniture pieces 6, 7 like a bed 6 and a seat 7 in the shown embodiment.

Accomodation unit according to the invention moreover comprises two storage units 8', 8", which are suitable for storage of bearing poles 2 and which each per se consist of two layers of flexible textile material, which are arranged above each other and are attached to each other by means of transversally equidistantly spaced longitudinal stitches 8 Γ, 81 ', so that between each two neighboring stitches 8 , 81 " a place is formed, which is suitable for storage of one pole 2, into which optionally also another pole can be inserted. Said storage units 8', 8" are suitable to be placed onto said rigid accomodation units 4, 5 on the central part 1 1 of the platform 1, which are correspondingly located at appropriate distance apart from the longitudinal edges 1 1 1, 112 of said central part 1 1 of the platform 1.

Dimensions of said parts 1 1, 12, 13 of the platform 1 are preferably determined in such manner that the length of said longitudinal edges 1 11, 1 12; 121, 122; 131, 132 is shorter than the length of a standardized transport container, the sum of the width of said central part 1 1 of the platform 1 , namely of the length of its transversal edges 1 13, 1 14 and the thickness of the lateral parts 12, 13 of the platform 1, is smaller than the width of a standardized transport container, while the length of transversal edges 123, 124; 133, 134 of said lateral parts 12, 13 of the platform 1 is smaller than the height of a standardized transport container. Thanks to previously mentioned features, such accomodation unit, when available in the state according to Fig. 2, can be together with bearing poles 2 and with complete equipment within both accomodation units 4, 5 and accompanying furniture pieces 7, 8 inserted into a standardized transporting container and transported therein towards each desired location.

Upon removal it from said container (Fig. 2), both lateral parts 2, 3 of the platform are pivoted apart from each other, upon which the poles 2 are removed from the storage units 8', 8" and inserted into corresponding holes 20 and interconnected to form a desired roofing construction. A textile layer or another flexible material suitable for protection against weather conditions is then placed above said roofing construction, by which a comfortable accomodation unit is quickly and easily established in situ.
