Abstract:
A collapsible car roof comprises a movable base (1), a fixed base (2), a frame (3), a fabric tent (4), connection elements (5) and an extension ladder (6). The fixed base (2) is trapezoid in shape and fixed to a car roof, wherein one end of the fixed base (2) is connected to one end of the movable base (1), which is also trapezoid in shape, via a pair of the connection elements (5). Each of the connection elements (5) comprises: a first connection block (53) connected to the fixed base (2), a second connection block (52) connected to the movable base (1), and a main connection block (51). The first connection block (53) and second connection block (52) are hinged to the main connection block (51). The frame (3) is hinged to the main connection block (51). The fabric tent (4) is fixed to the frame (3), and comprises a bottom edge fixed to the fixed base (2) and movable base (1). One end of the extension ladder (6) is hinged to the other end of the movable base (1). The collapsible car roof is simple in structure and easy to operate, and is suitable for various types of cars.
