A collation weighting information extracting device comprises a collation weighting information extracting means. The collation weighting information extracting means correlates changes in the temporal direction of inputted video and/or feature amounts in multiple dimensions extracted from the video with the dimensions, and analyzes the changes. The collation weighting information extracting means calculates, with respect to the respective dimensions, weighting information for collating as collation weighting information according to the degrees of the changes in the temporal direction.
