Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of water conservancy, in particular to a collection device and method for objects floating on water. The collection device comprises a rack, wherein the rack is provided with a salvaging device, a feeding device, a cutting device, and a conveying device. The salvaging device comprises a salvaging net chain, and a first driving member for driving the salvaging net chain to operate. The conveying device comprises a conveying net chain, and a second driving member for driving the conveying net chain to operate. The feeding device is mounted at a tail end of the salvaging device, and the cutting device is positioned at a rear end of the feeding device. The feeding device directly takes away long floating objects with greater widths than that of the salvaging net chain, such that the floating objects can be rapidly separated from a table top of the salvaging net chain and fed into the cutting device for cutting, and the cut floating objects directly fall onto a table top of the conveying net chain. According to the present collection device and method, by means of the salvaging net chain and the conveying net chain which operate independently of each other, the problems in the prior art that transverse floating objects are difficult to salvage, salvaging net chains are prone to being damaged, and the collection efficiency of devices is low can be effectively solved.
