Abstract:
A collection tray (4) comprises: a main body (41), an electrically-conductive medium being uniformly distributed in the main body (41); and an electrically-conductive plate (42) fixed to the main body (41) by means of an electrically-conductive fastener, the electrically-conductive plate (42) being connectable to a base (11) of a microtome main body (1), wherein the base (11) is grounded. In the invention, an electrically-conductive medium is added to a main body (41) of a collection tray (4) to provide the collection tray (4) with electrically conductive properties, and then the main body (41) of the collection tray (4) is connected to a grounded base (11) of a microtome main body (1) by means of an electrically-conductive plate (42), thereby forming an electrostatic discharge channel. Thus, the collection tray (4) can effectively prevent electrostatic attraction for a long period of time, thereby solving the problem of attachment of paraffin wax fragments to a collection tray (4) as a result of electrostatic attraction.
