Abstract:
This collector plate has, on at least one surface thereof, a peripheral wall that surrounds a prescribed region. At a first surface of the peripheral wall, the surface roughness (Ra) measured along a direction that is orthogonal to the extension direction of the peripheral wall is higher than the surface roughness (Ra) measured along the extension direction of the peripheral wall. The first surface is an exposed surface that is on the one surface side.
