A color conversion panel according to an embodiment comprises: a substrate; a plurality of banks which are located on the substrate and divide between a first light-emitting region, a second light-emitting region, and a third light-emitting region; a first color conversion layer located in the first light-emitting region; a second color conversion layer located in the second light-emitting region; a transmissive layer located in the third light-emitting region; and a first reflective layer located to overlap the first color conversion layer and the second color conversion layer, wherein the first reflective layer comprises a first layer, a second layer, and a third layer, the refractive index of the second layer is greater than the refractive index of the third layer, and the refractive index of the third layer is greater than the refractive index of the first layer.
