Abstract:

A color-developing sheet for use in no-carbon copying paper, in which methyl methacrylate-containing styrene-butadiene latex is used as a binder for activated clay used as a color-developing agent. The use of the binder serves to improve fluidity of a coating solution, and the resulting color-developing sheet shows an improved fading resistance, prevents blanket stains upon printing, and provides excellent pasting properties.
