Abstract:
The purpose of the present disclosure is to induce, by means of color display control, the mental state or physical state of a driver during driving, to a state suitable for driving. A color control display device (101) according to the present disclosure comprises: a driver state detecting unit (11) that detects a target driver state that includes the mental state or physical state of a target driver who is the driver of a target vehicle that includes at least any of a first vehicle (P1) and a second vehicle (P2) that is at least one vehicle in the periphery of the first vehicle (P1) and is traveling in the same direction as the first vehicle (P1); a color determining unit (14) that determines a target inducing color for inducing the target driver state to a state suitable for driving; an area identifying unit (18) that identifies, as a target inducing area, an area that the target driver is focusing on; and a color display control unit (22) that causes the target inducing color to be displayed in the target inducing area.
