Abstract:
A color imaging method for C-reactive protein (CRP) in human saliva, comprising the following steps: step 1, manufacturing a PORT chip applied to a device which yields a plasma-photon resonant coupling effect; step 2, covering the PORT chip with a CRP antibody so as to specifically measure the amount of CRP; step 3, preparing a CRP concentration standard sample so as to measure a CRP concentration in the sample; step 4, measuring a CRP standard sample concentration by using a plasma-photon resonance technique and a photosensitive sensing method; and step 5, quantitatively analyzing a CRP concentration in saliva to be measured by analyzing the change in transmittance of a red channel in an acquired image by means of PC-side ImageJ software.
