Abstract:
The present application discloses a color laminated photovoltaic device, comprising a lower-layer battery, an optical reflective layer, a series layer and an upper-layer battery. The series layer is communicated with the lower-layer battery and the upper-layer battery; the optical reflective layer is located between the lower-layer battery and the upper-layer battery, and controls, by adjusting the upper-layer battery and/or the optical reflective layer, a color presented by the color laminated photovoltaic device. According to the color laminated photovoltaic device of the present application, the optical reflective layer is inserted between the upper-layer battery and the lower-layer battery, so that the whole laminated photovoltaic device has a reflection peak at a waveband of 450-800 nm, thereby solving the problem that a color reflection peak at a visible light waveband and the spectral energy at other wavebands cannot be absorbed and utilized by the upper-layer battery, and also ensuring that the upper-layer battery of the laminated photovoltaic device has relatively high efficiency at the visible light waveband, such that the whole laminated photovoltaic device has relatively high photoelectric conversion efficiency while presenting a color.
