Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a color manifestation device for improving uniformity of coloration, wherein heating lamps, which are provided on a heater unit of the color manifestation device, are arranged in a zigzag, and the amount of heating by the heater unit is evenly adjusted through a power adjuster, thereby seeking uniform coloration on a raw fabric. To this end, provided is a color manifestation device comprising: a body comprising a main motor and multiple rollers such that the body is supplied with a raw fabric, to which a dye has been applied, and discharges the same; and a heater unit installed inside the body to apply heat to the raw fabric, thereby fixing the dye to the surface of the raw fabric, wherein the heater unit comprises: a heater casing configured such that the raw fabric passes while being forced against the upper portion thereof by the rollers; heating lamps installed inside the heater casing in a zigzag type along the longitudinal direction thereof; a first power adjuster connected to heating lamps installed on both ends of the heater casing, among the heating lamps, to control power; and a second power adjuster connected to the remaining heating lamps, which are not connected to the first power adjuster, to control power, and the amount of heating by the heating lamps connected to the first power adjuster is controlled to be larger than the amount of heating by the heating lamps connected to the second power adjuster.
