Abstract:
Provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure are a color ring back tone service processing method and apparatus, a storage medium and an electronic apparatus. The method comprises: receiving, by means of a core network, a call request of a calling user calling a called user; according to the call request, sending, to the calling user, a color ring back tone video preset by the called user, and notifying the calling user to play the color ring back tone video; and after a play duration of the color ring back tone video reaches a preset configuration time, sending the call request to the called user. The problem in the related art of a poor promotion effect of a color ring back tone service due to the fact that for a called party, only one calling party can listen to and view a color ring back tone at the same time and that a viewing time of the color ring back tone is affected by a time when the called party answers a phone can be solved, and a call request is transferred to the called party after a configuration time, such that the calling party can view the color ring back tone for a period of time before the called party senses a call, so that when a plurality of calling parties call the called party, the plurality of calling parties can view, at the same time, the color ring back tone set by the called party, thereby greatly widening the playing range of the color ring back tone of the called party.
