Abstract:
The present invention relates to a colored steel sheet turning and combining apparatus, comprising a frame, conveying rollers, a lifting apparatus, and a suction cup set; the lifting apparatus is provided with a suction cup arm, and the rear end of the suction cup arm moves upward and downward under the drive of the lifting apparatus; the suction cup set comprises a rotating frame and a plurality of suction cups arranged on the rotating frame; the rotating frame is arranged at the rear end of the suction cup arm and is driven by a rotary power apparatus to rotate in the vertical plane parallel to the conveying rollers, causing the entire suction cup set to be turned over such that the suction surfaces of the suction cups face upward or downward. The present invention achieves the process of automatically turning and combining colored steel sheets, replacing manual operation, improving operating efficiency, reducing operating costs, and reducing human error. In addition, when on a production line, the apparatus can achieve automated turning and combining, has a simple and compact structure, and is stable in operation and low in cost. At the same time, all colored steel sheets come from one set of forming mechanisms, reducing combining problems caused by errors and increasing accuracy.
