Abstract:
Provided is a coloring composition whereby it is possible to manufacture a cured film in which color unevenness is suppressed even when the coloring composition is used after prolonged storage. Also provided are a color filter, a pattern formation method, a solid-state imaging element, and an image display device. The present invention includes a halogenated zinc phthalocyanine pigment, a maleimide compound, a curable compound other than a maleimide compound, and a solvent, the molecular weight of the maleimide compound being 100-400, and the content of the maleimide compound being 0.08-0.8 part by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the halogenated zinc phthalocyanine pigment.
