Abstract:
A polyimide film containing a fluorine substituent and a Cardo structure and a preparation method therefor. The polyimide film has excellent heat resistance, transparency and mechanical properties. The transparent polyimide film has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 360°C or more, a coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) of 50 ppm/°C or less, a modulus of 4.0 GPa or more, b* not greater than 5, and a yellowness index not greater than 8. The transparent polyimide film can be used as an optical film in the fields of display substrates or liquid crystal displays (LCDs) and organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) and a substrate in other fields.
