Abstract:
To provide a combination therapy for cancer, which comprises a combination of a GSK3 inhibitor and an anti-DR5 antibody.
Provided are a pharmaceutical product and a combination therapy, each of which comprises a combination of various anti-DR5 antibodies and a GSK3 inhibitor such as LY2090314, a compound represented by general formula (1) or a salt of the compound.
(In the formula, R1, R2, R3, R4, X1 and X2 are as defined in the description.)
