Abstract:
The present invention relates to combination therapies for treating cancer, in particular a multityrosine kinase-associated cancer. The present invention provides therapeutically effective combinations of: a) N-(3-Fluoro-4-(2-(5-((2-methoxyethylamino)methyl)pyridin-2-yl)thieno[3,2-b]pyridin-7-yloxy) phenyl)-N-(4-fluorophenyl)cyclopropane-1,1-dicarboxamide (aka sitravatinib); plus b) a PD-(L)1/PD-1 checkpoint inhibitor; and/or c) the Nectin-4 directed antibody-drug conjugate; as well as methods of using these combinations to treat cancer.
