The present invention relates to a combined administration pharmaceutical composition comprising, as active ingredients for the prevention or treatment of cancer, an enzymatic degradation extract of deer antler excellently enhancing the activity of immune cells, including NK cells and an immunotherapeutic anticancer agent. Designed to employ the enzymatic degradation extract of deer antler and an immunotherapeutic anticancer agent in combination, the combined administration pharmaceutical composition for the prevention or treatment of cancer according to the present invention exhibits a remarkably high tumor suppression effect, compared to the separate use of the enzymatic degradation extract of deer antler and the immunotherapeutic anticancer agent and thus can be advantageously utilized for the development of medicines for preventing or treating cancer.
