Abstract:
A combined cutter cutting machine on a steel cord cutting production line, comprising a machine body frame (2), a rectangular lower cutter (4), and a disc-like upper cutter (15). A linear guide rail (18) is arranged on a cross beam at the upper part of the machine body frame, and a lower cutter holder (9) is arranged on a base at the lower part of the machine body frame; the rectangular lower cutter is mounted on the lower cutter holder by means of a lower cutter quick locking device (13); the disc-like upper cutter is mounted on the linear guide rail by means of a spindle box, a servo motor (11) and a toothed belt are mounted on the spindle box, and the disc-like upper cutter is driven by the servo motor to move on the linear guide rail; a disc-like cutter attaching cylinder (16) is arranged on the inner side surface of the disc-like upper cutter, and when pushed by the attaching cylinder, a side surface of the bottom of the disc-like upper cutter is attached to a side surface of the rectangular lower cutter; a feeding roller way (17) is arranged on the inner side of the lower cutter holder, sizing is conveyed by the feeding roller way, and a turning device (14) is further mounted on the lower cutter holder; a pressing device (10) is arranged above the turning device, and the pressing device is mounted on the cross beam and located on the outer side of the disc-like upper cutter. The device is convenient to operate and convenient to assemble and disassemble.
