Abstract:
A combined equipment for preparing polymer composite by grinding method comprises finely crushing combined device I as subunit or the combination of I and one or more well-known combined devices as subunit selected from the group including II, III, IV and V. Finely crushing combined device I includes normal temperature millstone-type elastomer fine crusher which is equipped with cooperating device consisting of modified elastomer fine crusher screw and millstone. Clean combined device II is used for washing, floating, dehydrating and drying waste plastic. Crude crushing combined device III is used for coarsely crushing elastomer into 5-30 mesh. Waste rubber and plastic can be thermally cracked in combined device IV. Separating combined device V is equipped with high voltage electrostatic field separator. The problem of degradation caused by scorching and smoking due to long heating time of waste plastic and thermoplastic elastomer in thermal melt extrusion method can be avoided. The infusible large granule impurity in materials can be crushed, so that the problem of blocking the screen caused by large granule impurity when producing articles in thermal extrusion method after regeneration of waste plastic mixture can be also avoided.
