Abstract:
The invention relates to art parquetry. The inventive method for art parquetry consists in selecting parquet blocks in such a way that the predetermined design is obtained and laying said design on a predetermined area. According to the inventive method, first and foremost the identification data base of the pictures of the available parquet blocks/sets of blocks is formed by scanning/photographing and subsequent identification thereof, for example by means of markers and the created data base is stored in a computer. Afterwards an art-design data base is developed from the said data base by means of an ordered arrangement of the identified pictures of the parquet blocks/sets of blocks in computer directories with respect to the dimensions, colour and texture of the wood parquet blocks in such a way that that it is possible to perform a computer modelling of the variants of the art layout, to select an optimum variant and to select the parquet block for laying them in a corresponding sequence.
