Abstract:
A combined modular integrated machine for efficient purification of exhaust gas, comprising a pre-treatment module (1), an adsorption and concentration module (2) and a power and catalytic combustion module (3); the pre-treatment module (1) comprises a flow guide chamber, a powder booth and a filter chamber, wherein an air inlet (103) is arranged on a side wall of the flow guide chamber, a baffle plate (106) is arranged at the rear end of the air inlet (103), a powder blower (107) is arranged at the top of the powder booth, and a filter cartridge (108) is arranged in the filter chamber; the adsorption and concentration module (2) is internally provided with an adsorption layer (204); and the power and catalytic combustion module (3) comprises an adsorption fan (308), a heat exchanger (310), a catalytic combustion device (311) and a desorption fan (312). The combined modular integrated machine for efficient purification of exhaust gas has the advantages of compact and simple structure, high purification efficiency, stable desorption, high utilization of waste heat, etc., and can effectively remove dust particles and volatile organics in the exhaust gas.
