Abstract:
The present invention provides a combined nanodrug preparation, a preparation method therefor, and an application thereof, belongs to the technical field of biomedicine, and aims to solve the technical problem whereby it is quite difficult for existing nano preparations to simultaneously include perfluorocarbons, oil-soluble small molecule drugs, and water-soluble biological preparations. The combined nanodrug preparation of the present invention uses a lipid base as a carrier, and encapsulates perfluorocarbons (PFCs) and active ingredients, the active ingredients being a bioactive small-molecule protein and an antifibrotic drug. On the one hand, the present invention further improves a pulmonary fibrosis treatment effect, and on the other hand, reduces the amount by which the nanodrug preparation is blocked from entering alveolar tissue following pulmonary administration, thereby improving the effective utilization rate of the nanodrug preparation.
