Abstract:
A combined offshore wind power foundation capable of being quickly assembled and preventing scour, and a method. Said foundation comprises a foundation main body (1), an anti-scour filter screen (2), a turbulence device (3) and a connection member (4); by means of sleeving the anti-scour filter screen (2) outside the foundation main body (1), support legs (12) of the foundation main body (1) are connected to a bottom plate (21) of the anti-scour filter screen (2), a pile is connected to a cover plate (14) at the upper end of the foundation main body (1), and diagonal steel cables at the bottom of the anti-scour filter screen (2) are connected to the bottom plate (21); two ends of the connection member (4) are respectively connected to a retaining ring (22) at the upper end of the anti-scour filter screen (2) and a lug ring on the pile, so that the turbulence device (3) is connected to a node of the conical anti-scour filter screen (2) in a tensioned state to be suspended within the anti-scour filter screen (2); and the foundation main body (1) is sunk into a subsea rock hole, so that the bottom plate (21) is in contact with the bottom of said hole.
