Abstract:
A combined plastic coloring machine, comprising a mixer (1), powder spraying bins (2), and metering bins (3). Each powder spraying bin (2) is provided with powder spraying guns (4), several powder spraying bins (2) are vertically stacked, and the colors of color powders sprayed by the powder spraying guns (4) corresponding to each powder spraying bin (2) are different. The discharge port of the powder spraying bin (2) located at the bottom layer and the feed port of the mixer (1), and the discharge port of the powder spraying bin (2) at the upper layer and the feed port of the powder spraying bin (2) at the next layer are communicated by means of a detachable connection structure. The discharge port of the metering bin (3) is communicated with the feed port of the powder spraying bin (2) located at the top layer by means of a detachable connection structure. According to the coloring machine, the color types and quantities of color powders actually required are adjusted by means of removal and installation, there is no need to replace the color powders sprayed by the powder spraying guns (4), use convenience and simple operate are achieved, and there is no limitation by the structure size of the powder spraying bin (2).
