Abstract:
A combined platform for testing cable fire protection supplies, comprising: a main body frame (1) for providing an operation space; an air circulation system (3) which comprises a fresh air supply unit (31) for supplying fresh air to the operation space and an exhaust gas processing unit (32) for processing the gas in the operation space under preset conditions; an open flame system (4) which provides an open flame for testing cables in the operation space; a water circulation system (2) which at least supplies water to the exhaust gas processing unit (32) and the operation space respectively for processing exhaust gas and sprinkling water to the open flame; and a control system (5) which at least collects parameters inside the operation space and performs process control according to the collected results. The systems are appropriately configured to simulate actual working conditions in applications such as fire-resistant cable tunnels and fire-resistant cable trenches. Multiple tests, including on the combustion performance and physical and chemical properties, among others, are carried out under various working conditions to test the cable fire protection supplies and evaluate the performance under different application scenarios.
