Abstract:
A combined static pressure track includes a set of slider seat connecting to a
slider seat connecting plate, multiple slider seat connecting plates are fitted
to a face plate by bolt. There is an adhering layer between each of slider seats
and corresponding slider seat connecting plate, each of slider seats is fitted
to said face plate by bolt. An assembled method for said track includes the following
steps: firstly, connecting a set of slider seat to corresponding slider seat
connecting plate; secondly, fitting multiple slider seat connecting plate
to the said face plate by bolt, in this way, said slider seats are divided into several
units; and then, providing an adhere layer between slider seat and slider seat
connecting plate. When the shafts of said track must be adjusted due to its deformation,
it will be only needed to separate said face plate and corresponding slider seat
connecting plate.
