Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide a combustible gas with which it is possible to reduce the amount of CO2 generated during the fusion-cutting of an object. The combustible gas according to one aspect of the present invention is a combustible gas used as a combustion gas for gas fusion-cutting an object, and contains an ethylene having a concentration of greater than 0 vol% and less than 18 vol%, with the balance being hydrogen and unavoidable impurities. It is preferable that the combustible gas can be sealed in a container, and the pressure in the container is 1 MPa to 50 MPa at 35°C. The concentration of the unavoidable impurities is preferably 1.0 vol%. The object may be a steel member.
