Title:
COMBUSTION CONTROL CIRCUIT
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/1980/001946
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A combustion control circuit for controlling a burner in a hot-water or hot-air equipment is composed of semiconductor integrated circuits of a simple composition that enable stabilized initiation even under a transient state of source voltage. The combustion control circuit has a semiconductor integrated circuit consisting of a logic gate unit for sequential control, an input interface unit for receiving input signals necessary for combustion control and for feeding them to the logic gate unit and an output interface unit for converting the signals from the logic gate unit into combustion control signals. According to the invention, an operation starting signal generated by an operation switch, a temperature sensing circuit or the like is used also as an initiation signal, and a circuit portion for processing the operation starting signal in the input interface unit is adapted such that its response voltage level to the source voltage is higher than that of the logic gate unit, so that the stabilized initialization can be performed without any additional parts.
