Abstract:
Disclosed is a combustion method using an alcohol-based fuel in an industrial kiln. The method comprises the steps of : a. adopting an industrial kiln without a thermal radiation plate, and arranging more than one alcohol-based fuel combustion devices (600) on the industrial kiln, with a combustion nozzle (610) of each of the alcohol-based fuel combustion devices (600) directly aligning with a hearth (200) of the industrial kiln; b. adopting an alcohol-based fuel as the fuel for the alcohol-based fuel combustion devices (600); and c. feeding a prefabricated product (300), whose surface cannot be contaminated, from a feed port into a baking chamber (100), the alcohol-based fuel combustion devices (600) directly heating air in the hearth (200), and transferring heated air into the baking chamber (100) by using a blower (400) to conduct a baking treatment to the prefabricated product (300). The combustion method does not produce harmful gas emissions, and improves thermal efficiency of the alcohol-based fuel.
