Abstract:
Provided is a command control system which can optimally set respective output timings of an RAS command and a CAS command for different access requests. When an output timing (e.g., t21) of a second RAS command (e.g., ACT 21) is set in a first cycle period (e.g., T13) that is a cycle period (T1) starting from a reference time point, the command control system determines whether to output the second RAS command (e.g., ACT21) to a storage device in the first cycle period (T3) on the basis of whether an output timing (e.g., t13) of a first CAS command (e.g., RD13) is set in second cycle periods (e.g., T13-T17) that are the certain number of consecutive cycle periods (T1) from the reference time point.
